Pre-Order Policy

 All pre-order opportunities are posted on our FACEBOOK and our INSTAGRAM.  To claim your spot for a pre-order please comment on the post, send us a private message on either platform, or fill in the contact form at the bottom of this page.  Any pre-order bundle pricing will still apply even if the items arrive at different times (example: Kaido House pre-order 2 For or 3 For bundles).  For all Hot Wheels Premium items we offer pre-orders on full sets or sealed cases ONLY!  Any requests to pre-order singles will be ignored/denied.

1) Once you have pre-ordered the item it is allocated to you. Due to the items being allocated to you and quantities pre-ordered this means that we may have to turn others away if the pre-ordered quantity sells out. Because of this, if you cancel a pre-order you will be unable to pre-order in future unless you pay at the time of the pre-order or will have to purchase from in stock products only. 

2) Release dates and product descriptions are released by the manufacturer prior to manufacturing and are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.

3) Having a preorder does not always guarantee fulfillment.  Fulfillment of pre-orders comes down to availability which changes sometimes outside of our control. We do our best to ensure that we get enough product to fulfill all orders but cannot guarantee that we will receive our full order or that we will receive all product free of shipping damage or manufacturing defects, reducing the stock further.  If we do not receive enough product to fulfill all orders, they will be fulfilled in the order that they were received. If your order is unable to be fulfilled we will contact you to advise the cancellation of your order with our apologies.  Damaged or items with manufacturing defects may on occasion be placed in the store at a lower price.  Any damage or defect will be clearly stated.

4) Pricing is subject to change without notice and can be affected due to higher than expected customs costs, shipping costs, or increased prices from distributors/manufacturers. If an item's price goes down, you will be charged the lower price upon the item's availability.

5) Pre-Orders will be charged within an average of 1-6 weeks prior to arrival.  Once our distributors notify us that something is going to be released shortly then we will send out invoices.  You will be notified when the item arrives in hand and is ready for shipping or pickup.

6) Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice.  We will send a reminder after 24 hours and if we do not get any response or payment then your order will be cancelled and in future you will need to pay for pre-orders at the time or pre-order or purchase items in stock when/if they arrive in the store.  If you have any issues or need to make any arrangements, we are very willing to be flexible within reason, but you would need to contact us to arrange this.  Radio silence will result in cancellation.
