ORDER PROCESSING FAQ

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS ORDERS?

We attempt to process all orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1-3 days for processing.  While many orders are processed within the same day, larger orders and orders with older stock can take longer to process.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

To identify if your order has been processed go to your order history in the store.  If the status of the order is "Order Picked" then your order has been processed and is ready for pickup/stored for bundling/or preparing to ship.  If your order has not yet been processed, it will show as "Awaiting Fulfillment."

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK UP PRIOR TO MY ORDER BEING PROCESSED?

If you need to pick up and your order has not yet been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to prioritize your order to the best of our ability.  Please note that this is not always possible as sometimes orders contain items that are in our secondary storage and it is not always possible to get there immediately to retrieve them.
