WHERE IS LOCAL PICKUP OFFERED?
We offer local pickup 7 days a week in Abbotsford, British Columbia as well as most Sundays from 10:30-11:30 AM in Langley, British Columbia.
WHERE IS THE ABBOTSFORD PICKUP LOCATION?
While we do not have a physical store to visit, we are happy to meet you so you can pick up your orders in the Seven Oaks Mall area. Please book your appointment and send us a message via Facebook messenger or the contact form to confirm the location of pickup as it can vary depending on the day and time. It will always be near the mall though. *Payments in person at this location in cash or e-transfer are accepted*
WHERE IS THE LANGLEY PICKUP LOCATION?
On most Sunday mornings my wife does a block of pickups outside the Toys R Us at Willowbrook Mall in Langley. She parks her red Chevy Cruze next to the cart corral and is there from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. *Please Note* Appointments for this drop in time slot must be booked by midnight on Saturday in order to allow time for your order to be prepared to be brought with her. *Payments in person at this location in cash, e-transfer, or by debit/credit using a portable processor that works through our payment processor Stripe are accepted*
HOW DO I ARRANGE A LOCAL PICKUP?
To book a pickup appointment at either location click HERE. You can also cancel and reschedule your appointments through our booking software as well.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDER PROCESSING TIMES APPLY TO LOCAL PICKUPS AS WELL. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS IN YOUR ORDER HISTORY IN THE STORE. IF YOUR ORDER STATUS IS "ORDER PICKED" YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP. IF IT IS STILL AWAITING FULFILLMENT PLEASE CONTACT US TO VERIFY IT WILL BE READY WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT. SOME ORDERS THAT ARE LARGER OR CONTAIN ITEMS THAT ARE OLD STOCK MAY HAVE ITEMS IN OUR SECONDARY STORAGE THAT MAY TAKE MORE TIME TO FULLY PICK. WE TRY TO HAVE ALL ORDERS PICKED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, BUT SOMETIMES IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
